Hy,

I am wondering where i could find any statements regarding how long MQTT 3.1.1 will be supported/included in new releases.

Specifically talking about the Ubuntu Core snap package.

Thank you

Hi,

Mosquitto currently supports v3, v3.1, v3.1.1, and v5.0 of the MQTT spec. Version 3.1.1 is still way and above the most popular version, I cannot imagine dropping support for it in the foreseeable future.

Is that good enough?

Regards,

Roger
