Hi,

I’ve just tested out version 2.0.12, 64-bit on Windows 10 using the same command line as you. It behaved as I expected, by asking for a password and letting me enter one and verify it. I tried again and pressed enter without adding a password, and got the same error you did. The problem appears to be that you didn’t enter a password. Is that correct?
