Connection to cedalo management center with pro licence suddenly does not work anymore

I have been using cedalo for the last few months with little issues. However, my connections to the MQTT broker have suddenly stopped working since july third.

I am gathering data using Lora, which is published by the Lora provider (KPN) to cedalo pro. I also have a pc running a paho mqtt client. The connections were both working fine and suddendly stopped, I no longer see a connection in the management center. When I try to run the script on my pc it throws a certificate has expired error. I redownloaded the certificates from Chain of Trust - Let's Encrypt but that did not resolve the issue. I also do not have the ability change any certificates from the Lora providers side.

What could be the cause of this error?
