General inquiry about support

Hello- I posted a message topic recently and I did receive a response with some helpful info in it, but I am hoping I can continue to receive input- as I am still finding no-joy getting Mosquitto up and running on my RaspberryPi5 using Raspian OS 32-bit platform.

I am using the following install process:

And this is the initial result I receive.

weewx@RaspberryPi5:~ $ mosquitto_pub -h localhost -t /test/topic -m “Hello from localhost”
Error: Unknown option ‘from’

Please advise assistance is available here- or perhaps there is a pay-per-issue option available to me. Thank you-
