so, i was trying to install mosquitto on my ubuntu device. i just used Sudo apt update → sudo apt install mosquitto but suddently this appears.
i honestly don’t know what to do. hope you guys can help!

That shouldn’t happen of course, I’m sorry that it did. Could you try running sudo /usr/sbin/mosquitto -c /etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf manually to see if it tells us an error?

I did as you suggested and I have attached a screenshot, It
did not load anything
That suggest that you have a different logging method configured in mosquitto.conf, so all log messages go there. Could you try commenting out your log config options and trying again?
